River and Creeks
Jackson Creek flows through Twenty Mile House past all three of the private cabins. The Feather River runs through the property about 200 feet past the train tracks on the path near the General Store.
Both the creek and river may have hazardous currents. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please do not leave children or pets unsupervised in or near the river or creek. Swim and wade at your own risk.
Trains
The train tracks that run between the river and Twenty Mile House are active. Approximately 3 to 5 trains go by per day. Please use caution and check for any oncoming trains before crossing. We recommend you do not walk or sit on the train tracks. Please do not leave children or pets unsupervised on or near the train tracks. Do not wear any earbuds or headphones when crossing the tracks. Cross train tracks at your own risk.
Security
Please make sure to lock your room or cabin whenever you leave. Also ensure your cabin and room is securely locked when you retire for the night.
Please do not leave purses, cell phones, or other valuable items unattended outside of your room or cabin.
