Wedding Packages

Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN “ALL-INCLUSIVE”?

For all the details about our all-inclusive wedding packages, please download our pricing and packages guide. To summarize, your wedding experience will include: exclusive use of our property, day-of setup and cleanup, furniture and seating (ceremony and reception), linens, house flatware and glassware, outdoor bar, lighting, outdoor standing heaters, event tents, catering, cake or dessert bar, flowers (ceremony and reception), DJ, wedding coordinator, photographer, TMH wedding resources (Wedding Fair, Planning Guide), bartender, service staff, and our on-site accommodations for up to 54 guests.

Q: what will i need to book?

You will need to secure vendors for hair and makeup and an officiant. Optional additions include: alcoholic beverages, additional decor, photo booth, videographer, and shuttle bus.

Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

Feel free. We will have a professional bartender on-hand to serve for no additional fee. There is no additional corkage fee.

Q: DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE VENDORS?

While we prefer using vendors whom we know and can vouch for, if there is a vendor that is important to you, we can make additional arrangements. Any outside vendor must be pre-approved by TMH, insured, and agree to Twenty Mile House’s quality standards.

Q: DO YOU OFFER A SHUTTLE SERVICE?

We do not, but we’d be more than happy to offer recommendations on services nearby.

Q: WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE TO SECURE MY DATE? WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?

For Saturday weddings, a $10,000 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure and confirm your date. A $10,000 nonrefundable progress payment is due nine months prior to your wedding date. Final guest count and payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding, along with a refundable security deposit.
For Sunday through Thursday weddings, a $5,000 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure and confirm your date. A $5,000 nonrefundable progress payment is due nine months prior to your wedding date. Final guest count and payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding, along with a refundable security deposit.

Q: DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS FOR WEDDINGS?

We are more than happy to arrange a personalized payment plan.

Q: IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS FOR A WEDDING?

For Saturday weddings, there is a minimum of 100 guests. For Sunday through Thursday weddings, there is a minimum of 50 guests. However, we are happy to accommodate smaller groups with a customized pricing plan.

Q: WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT FOR OUR WEDDING?

Check-in is 4pm, and check-out is 10:30am.

Q: IS THERE A NOISE ORDINANCE?

With 200 acres of private property, there is no need to worry about any noise complaints!

Q: do you allow candles?

We do not allow open-flame candles due to fire restrictions.

Pets

Q: are you dog-friendly?

Accommodations

Q: DO WE NEED TO BOOK THE ENTIRE PROPERTY?

A two-night minimum is required to book all of our accommodations. We welcome you to rent the entire accommodations for extra nights and extend the celebration!

Q: CAN WE HAVE OUR GUESTS PAY FOR THEIR ROOMS?

As a part of your all-inclusive wedding package, you are responsible for the reservation and payment for all our on-site accommodations. Any payment from your guests will have to be arranged directly with you.
