Rachel has been with Twenty Mile House since 2017. Rachel’s favorite part of her job is that she gets to be a part of each couple's big day. She adores working with her fellow staff and vendors to bring our clients’ visions to life. She is grateful to work with people who genuinely love what they do.

Penie started at TMH as a part-time housekeeper. With a background in customer service, she found that she loved helping with wedding setup and planning. Penie worked her way up to wedding coordinator and her favorite part of her job is helping to make each couple’s wedding dreams come true.

As the new Hospitality Manager, Joe is proud to be a special part of someone's special day at Twenty Mile House, sharing many years of hospitality management training and experience through Marriott and Renaissance International Resorts. Our unique accommodations deserve the highest level of cleanliness and decorating standards, providing our guests with a memorable visit of a lifetime!

Chris is only in his second year at Twenty Mile House, but he has made such a difference to our team! With over 10 years of facility and maintenance experience working on ranches and resorts, he ensures daily operations run smoothly. Chris also serves as our in-house jack-of-all-trades. With a friendly, can-do attitude, he can build or fix pretty much anything and is always willing to lend a helping hand.

Jason has been with Twenty Mile House for over six years. We never cease to get compliments on how beautiful our grounds look year-round - a testament to Jason’s over 20-plus years of experience in landscape maintenance. One of the biggest reasons Jason adores his job is because he loves working for our wonderful owners Kevin and Karen, saying, “They're the best employers I’ve ever worked with, hands down.”

Keely is a Plumas County local who has truly found her home at the Twenty Mile House! She works diligently behind the scenes to ensure the procedures of our wedding venue are seamless. Keely enjoys that there is always something new for her to do each day at the most beautiful office ever!

Kevin’s love for Twenty Mile House spans decades. It all began when he spent his childhood summers exploring the property and surrounding wilderness. After marrying at TMH in 2004, Kevin and Karen discovered how stressful planning a wedding can be. When they took over in 2009, they made it their mission to create a wedding planning process that is as fun and stress free as possible for our couples.
