First of all the venue is in the most amazing beautiful forest setting! The staff is fantastic and they make planning a wedding easy. They have well established relationships with all the vendors so everything flows like clockwork.
TMH was an incredible place to get married. We would recommend it to anyone who dreams of getting married in the forest, with soft light filtering through the trees, as a babbling stream flows nearby. Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone at TMH!
It's truly so difficult to put into words how special the property at TMH is. From the historic buildings, to the forest, to the river, to the train track, to the guest cabins. These elements combined made our day and night truly magical.
The Twenty Mile House is a truly magical place… especially at night when the moon and stars come out, the lights turn on, and then a 10-ton train comes barreling down the tracks, commemorating your moment with a blow of the horn. It’s the little (and big) touches around the venue that make all of the difference in the world. We highly recommend the Twenty Mile House to anyone looking to have a beautiful, outdoor forest wedding in Northern California. You will not regret it.
