Weekend Eco-Wedding package:
Relax and Enjoy your all-inclusive wedding weekend knowing that everything has been handled and personalized to reflect you. Our most popular package your Weekend Eco-Wedding package includes most everything you need for a spectacular ceremony and reception. Review the list below and contact us for more information.
- Exclusive use of the Twenty Mile House, cabins, and 200 acre estate for the entire weekend;
- Charming accommodation in main house and cabins for 2 nights up to 20 guests – additional accommodation available nearby;
- Can accommodate up to 250 guests;
- Beautiful ceremony sites on the River, Garden or Forest and use of wedding arch;
- Spectacular garden reception venue;
- Use of facilities for a Friday night rehearsal dinner;
- Wedding coordinator for day of wedding plus ahead of time coordination;
- Gourmet Catering: Our chefs will prepare beautiful appetizers and elegant dinner from local, fresh and sustainably produced food. Barbecued local Thompson Valley grass fed Tri-Tip and free range organic Chicken, local Dawn Institute organic salad and in-season vegetable sides, American Valley bakery fresh organic bread. (many menu options including , vegetarian and vegan options)
- Complete table setting package including 60″ round and/or 8′ rectangular tables, linens, napkins and full elegant table settings;
- Sustainable Flowers: Work with our local experts at Gray’s Flower Garden to create your perfect look for: Bridal bouquet, brides maid flowers, boutonnieres, corsages, reception table centerpieces, serving table ;
- DJ with full sound system, microphone and ceremony set up for music – and MC if desired (6 hours);
- Dance floor 20′ x 24′ outdoors with over 1000 feet spectacular string lighting;
- Padded white chairs for ceremony and reception;
- Tables for wedding cake, gifts, bar; and cocktail tables
- Bar service: You bring what you like to drink and we supply the bar, ice and glassware;
- Champagne toast service including tables, flutes and pouring. You bring the champagne;
- Shuttles buses to pick up and drop off your guest;
- Carbon free venue: Certified carbon offsets that support reforestation, renewable energy and energy efficiency projects;
- Organic wedding cake professionally designed and decorated to your taste;
- Cake Cutting Service! we will provide a cake table, linens, dessert plates, forks and will cut and serve.

Deluxe Eco-Wedding package:
If you looking to spend more time with the people you care the most about and treat them to an elegant upscale event that you and your guests will remember forever, then the Deluxe Eco-Wedding is for you. This package included everything in the weekend package with an additional night lodging, more entrees and appetizers, plated table service, upgraded table settings and venue decorations.
Our Deluxe Eco-Wedding Package
including 3 nights’ accommodation, exclusive use of our Eco-Estate, plated gourmet reception, upgraded table settings and decorations with up to 50 reception guests is $17,995
Additional guest are $149 per person and children under 12 are half price.
Extend your stay! additional nights for up to 20 people $1,195/night
Eco-Wedding package (Sun-Thursday)
Looking to have your wedding Sunday through Thursday? Do you want all the benefits and amenities of the Twenty Mile House Eco-Estate at an incredible discount! Consider a Sunday or mid-week day wedding. Includes everything listed in the weekend package except the shuttle bus which can be arrange and just 1 nights accommodation sleeping up to 20 people, additional nights available for $1,195/night.
Our All-Inclusive Eco-Wedding Package (Sunday –Thursday)
including 1 nights’ accommodation, exclusive use of our Eco-Estate and up to 30 reception guests is $9,995
Additional guests above 30 are $119 per person and children under 12 are half price.
